The Jewish biblical canon is correct?

Catholics talking about the fact that not even Jews recognize their seven books that they have included in the Old Testament, they say:

Possible that the brothers separated (Protestants) do not realize that they are going against Christianity itself by giving authority to them hebrew-bible_0[1]Jews, in an era where the first Christian communities already existed? It is possible that they listen to the Jews who put Jesus to death?

But we say:

It is possible that Catholics do not realize that the Old Testament belongs to the Jews as a people of God and to which it was entrusted by God himself? We want them not to know what the inspired books are when God Himself manifested Himself to them? Their God is our own God, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob! Or you Catholics cancel the God of the Old Testament by not realizing that it is Jesus Christ himself? It is possible that Catholics do not realize that the fact that the Jews put Jesus to death was written in the prophecies of the Old Testament and had to happen in order for salvation to reach us too kind?

The apostle Paul, in Romans he speaks to his Christian brothers expressing his sadness in his heart at the fact that his brothers by blood, the Jews, had not accepted Jesus Christ as the Messiah:

I speak the truth in Christ, I do not lie – for my conscience confirms it to me through the Holy Spirit – I have great sadness and continuous suffering in my heart; because I myself would like to be anathema, separated from Christ, for the love of my brothers, my relatives according to the flesh, that is, the Israelites, to which the adoption belongs, the glory, i patti, legislation, sacred service and promises. (Romans 9:1-4)

Then he defends the sovereign choices of God who made this decision and hardened the heart of Israel:

What shall we say then? There is perhaps injustice in God? Certainly not! For he saith to Moses: «I will have mercy of whom I will have mercy and I will have compassion of whom I will have compassion».(Romans 9:14-15)

Then he explains that all this had already been foretold by the prophets:

E’ the LORD who poured out a spirit of slumber upon you; he closed your eyes, the prophets, he veiled your heads, the seers. (Isaiah 29:10)

And the prophecy of Isaiah he says is fulfilled in them: “You will hear with your ears and you will not understand; you will look with your eyes and you will not see; because the heart of this people has grown numb: they became hard of hearing and closed their eyes, so as not to risk seeing with your eyes and hearing with your ears, and to understand with the heart and to convert, for me to heal them”.

But blessed are your eyes, because they see [to Christians]; and your ears, because they hear!
Truly I tell you, many prophets and righteous [the Jews] they wished to see the things you see, and they did not see them; and hear the things you hear, and they did not hear them. (Matteo 13:14-17)

And he says that Israel too will be saved as God's people by the covenant that binds them:

Indeed, brothers, I don't want you to ignore this mystery, lest you be presumptuous: a hardening took place in one part of Israel, until all the foreigners have entered; and all Israel will be saved,as it is written: «The deliverer will come from Zion.

He will turn wickedness away from Jacob ; and this will be my covenant with them, when I take away their sins ". As regards the gospel, they are enemies for your sake; but as regards the election, they are loved because of their fathers; because the charisms and the vocation of God are irrevocable. As in the past you have been disobedient to God [we were pagans], and now you have received mercy because of their disobedience, so they have these also now not believed, so that, for the mercy shown to you, also obtain mercy.
For God has consigned all to disobedience, have mercy on all. (Romans 11:25-32)

In conclusion, Israel was hardened by God due to its arrogance, and to extend salvation even to non-Israelites through Jesus Christ. If Christ had not been killed we would not have been able to obtain salvation. You realize this? The cause of Christ's death is not the Jews, because so it was written that it had to happen, so God had established his plan from the beginning. The fault is ours alone, the fault lies with us sinful human beings. We must not blame a people for the blame of all humanity !!!

Israel will be saved, as God says, because it is his people. Who are we to speak ill of the Jews or not accept their canon?

Dear Catholics, remember that they are God's people, the chosen people and God does not revoke his promises. Remember that your attitude is racist, and what's more, is racist against God. Or maybe you don't realize it? You realize that this attitude has generated wars and exterminations, how's that (just to name one) of the Second World War, endorsed by your dear Holy Roman Catholic Church??? And it was all written in the Bible, unfortunately this too had to happen to the People of God, because biblical prophecies always come true.

What you should do, instead of speaking ill of the Jews and their biblical canon, defending the deuterocanonicals added only in 1500 following the Protestant Reformation, and moreover not even accepted by the Fathers of the Church as inspired books, is, first of all study the Bible well, and then do an examination of conscience within your dear church and ask yourself if that really is the church that Christ founded and wanted!
