What are the criteria for the recognition of a Christian ministry?

The Italian evangelical churches are free churches and there is no official ordination of pastors. There is no central office that manages, approves or disapproves the work of churches and official offices, as it happens in Catholicism.

How do you become a shepherd then? The person in question shows that he has a vocation, she is active in the church she attends and over time finds the approval of the assembly, who will elect him as pastor of the community. The pastor may not have any theological training. I personally don't approve of this method, as I believe that the pastor must be theologically prepared and have studied, otherwise there is a risk that everyone makes his own biblical interpretations and doctrines, let's say it, the Bible is not true that it is not subject to interpretation, otherwise the many Protestant denominations and divisions would not exist. I believe that the evangelical environment strongly needs recognition and a group that acts as an official guide as they exist in other countries. This way of doing free it only caused perplexity and doubts in those who approached the evangelical faith, which is right in the fundamental doctrines of salvation (those are not subject to interpretation) and drove him away. Who realizes that Catholic doctrines have come out of the teachings of Scripture and is in charge of a church that adheres to the teachings of Scripture, it often finds itself in a disrupted environment, where the various denominations all claim to have the truth with respect to the others and do nothing but be in conflict with the others. This is bad! There are also poorly trained and very fundamentalist shepherds, that sometimes they are shepherds only for the glory, which are the bane of this environment.
